Is it really free?
Yes. Free means free — no credit card, no trial countdown. Tools backed by free APIs (like Google Autocomplete) are unlimited. Tools that call paid AI have a small daily cap (e.g. 5–20/day) to keep the platform sustainable. Add your own API key (BYOK) for unlimited usage at cost.
What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key. Connect your Anthropic, OpenAI, or DataForSEO key in Settings → API Keys. Your queries hit your account directly, your provider bills you, and we never see your usage. No platform rate-limits when BYOK is active.
Will you lock features behind Pro later?
No. Features that exist today on the free tier will stay there. New premium features may launch as Pro-only, but the free baseline is locked.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Security → Danger Zone → Download JSON. You get every generation, tracked keyword, tool-usage event, and your masked API key list (GDPR Article 20).
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Security → Danger Zone → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. We erase your profile, generations, keys and login in one step (GDPR Article 17).
What AI model powers the tools?
Claude from Anthropic by default. Every prompt is tuned for current Google and AI-search best practices. With BYOK, you can also use OpenAI, Gemini and other supported models.
How accurate is the data?
Every tool shows a data-source label: Live data (real APIs), Live + AI (measured data with AI recommendations), AI writer (drafts), or AI analysis (estimates). The transparency page has the full breakdown.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes. Content you generate with SEO Fragments belongs to you. Edit, publish and monetize it as you wish.
Do you support team accounts?
The Agency plan ($99/month) includes 5 workspaces, team seats, white-label exports and API access. Each workspace has its own usage limits and API keys.
How do I get priority support?
Pro and BYOK Pro users get same-day email support. Agency users get a dedicated Slack channel. Free users get a reply within 1 business day.
Why did a tool show “AI analysis” instead of real numbers?
Some tools reason about your input without a live data source, and some fall back to AI when a data provider isn’t connected. Connect Search Console or add a DataForSEO key to switch tools to live data where it’s supported.
A tool failed or timed out. What should I do?
Try again with a shorter input or a single URL. If it keeps failing, email hello@seofragments.com with the tool name and what you entered, and we’ll look into it.
